Customization Functions Tailored to System (Built-In PLC Functions)
The VF66B built-in PLC function consists of 18 types of control block, 36 types of data flow block, and 5 types of ladder block. Any control system can be constructed by combining these control blocks. (Program capacity: 16 kB, approx. 1,024 steps)

The VF66B is a versatile inverter incorporating motor drive technology cultivated over many years, and is equipped with 5 modes in a single unit for induction motor and ED motor drive.

Compact Device and Control Panel Design Possible
Adopting a structure in which the control panel is stored has reduced installation space by 45% or more compared with our previous product (VF66 Series). Furthermore, induction motors are available in two ratings (ND: standard load, LD: light load), allowing the most suitable inverter to be selected based on the application.
Reduced Maintenance Costs
By using long-life parts for parts with limited lifetime, the expected design life can be extended beyond that of our previous product (VF66 Series), and maintenance costs can be reduced by extending the maintenance cycle.

Enhanced Environmental Resistance
SGMCC (highly corrosion-resistant plated steel sheet) with excellent corrosion resistance is used for the sheet metal of the inverter body.

The PP66B contributes to space saving and reduced maintenance for the entire system while maintaining inverter performance.

Features
Miniaturization Through Optimization of Device Layout
By changing the device layout to suit the control panel, we achieved a 50% reduction in size compared to power control panels using our previous inverters.

Improved Maintainability
The life of parts with limited lifetime (main circuit capacitor, cooling fan) has been extended, and the adoption of a cooling fan unit structure has resulted in improved workability and reduced the amount of time required for maintenance work.
