Features and Functions
Harmonic Suppression with Instantaneous Distortion Minimization Control (System Interconnection Mode)
Adopting Toyo Denki's proprietary control method (instantaneous distortion minimization PWM modulation method) has resulted in harmonic current suppression, with total current distortion ratio of 5% or less.
Islanding Detection System Compatible with FRT Requirements (System Interconnection Mode)
The VF66G inverter is equipped with a new islanding detection system compatible with FRT requirements (continued running required following accident).
Suppression of Voltage Fluctuations with Reactive Power Output Control (System Interconnection Mode)
By making adjustments within the inverter range, it is possible to control reactive power output with advance and delay commands.
Generator Interconnection (Droop Mode) Support (Governor Mode)
Diesel generators for ships run under governor control, and equipping the VF66G with a governor control mode has made it possible to run in parallel with diesel generators. Governor control mode has frequency and voltage droop characteristics.
System Interconnection Mode and Independent Operation Mode Switching Function
The mode can be switched smoothly with only a switching signal without having to change settings.
