Personal Information Protection Policy

As stated in its Management Philosophy, Toyo Denki Seizo K.K. (hereinafter "the Company") strives to "prioritize ethics and contribute to the prosperity of customers and society as a whole." As such, we are committed to promoting compliance-based management throughout the organization.

III. Users of Personal Data

    The Company may outsource the handling of personal data to third parties to achieve the stated purposes.In such cases, the Company will properly supervise the contractors as required and appropriate under the Personal Information Protection Act.
  2. Joint use
    The Company may share personal data with our group companies, business partners, joint research partners, and agents, within the scope necessary to fulfill the purposes described in "II. Purposes of Use of Personal Information." The shared data may include an individual's name, address, place of employment, images, information about products or services purchased by the individual, and personal identification codes as defined by the Personal Information Protection Act.In such cases, the Company is responsible for managing the relevant personal data.
  3. Use by third parties
    The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without obtaining the individual's prior consent, except in the following cases.Even when providing personal data to third parties with the individual's prior consent, the Company remains responsible for fulfilling our obligations as a personal information handling entity under the Personal Information Protection Act.

    Upon receiving a request from an individual to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete retained personal data, the Company will respond promptly in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
    To protect personal information and ensure its accuracy, the Company accepts requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion in writing through the contact point indicated below.
  2. Action to be taken by the Company
    Upon receiving a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion, the Company will take appropriate action to the extent reasonably possible.
