Wide Variable Speed Range

Continuous operation is possible at constant torque from 0 min^-1 to base speed, and at constant output from base speed to maximum speed.
UF motors are compatible with stalling (0 min^-1)^*1, and support a wide power constant range^*2of 1:4 or more, giving them the power to drive a variety of process lines.

*1: Stall time is determined by the stall time characteristic of the motor.

*2: The power constant range is optional in the motor design.

High Response

Rotor inertia is minimal, and speed control response is extremely fast. In combination with the VF66B Series inverter, it offers a wide speed control range and high-speed accuracy, resulting in a system with the equal speed operation required for process lines.

Adoption of Low-Noise Design

Adopting a dedicated design has allowed us to reduce the motor noise level during inverter operation to between 75 and 84 dB (A) or lower.
