Quality Control - Providing Safe and High-Quality Products

The Company's electrical equipment for railway vehicles is an extremely important product that is directly related to ensuring the safety of passengers and property in railway transportation. Also, in the Industry Business, the Company's products and services are used in customers' production equipment and development sites as well as in the field of social infrastructure, and provide the foundation that underpins the sustainable development of a safe and comfortable society.

To ensure the high quality of these products and services, the Company has established a Quality Policy, which is implemented throughout the Group through initiatives such as employee education, compliance with rules and regulations, and the maintenance and improvement of equipment.

The Company has created and operates a quality management system at its production bases, the Yokohama Plant and the Shiga Factory, and has obtained ISO 9001 certification.
