In line with the management philosophy of Toyo Denki Seizo K.K., the Toyo Denki Group has positioned information security as one of its top management priorities. We have established this Information Security Declaration to express our commitment to information asset management and serve as a guideline for relevant efforts.

Information Security Declaration

1. We recognize that information protection is not only essential for the Toyo Denki Group but also a vital social responsibility of any corporation. As such, we will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. We will take appropriate measures to safeguard our information assets against threats, including destruction, tampering, and leakage.
3. We have established an Information Security Committee to provide an information security management framework and carry out activities including education, training, and audits.
