Multi-Stakeholder Policy
The Company recognizes that in corporate management, it is essential to create shared value with a wide range of stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities. Accordingly, we will be committed to working together with all stakeholders in a fair and constructive manner.We also understand that appropriately distributing the profits and results generated through the creation of shared value and productivity improvement among multiple stakeholders contributes to medium- to long-term corporate value enhancement and sustainable economic growth. As such, in light of the importance of returning value to employees and showing consideration to business partners, we are engaged in the following efforts.
1. Returning Value to Employees
The Company recognizes that the empowerment of a diverse workforce is crucial to sustainable growth and higher productivity. By creating a workplace culture that encourages every employee to make full use of their abilities, tackle new challenges, and grow continuously, we aim to maximize the value we create.Moreover, we will raise wages in accordance with the Fundamental Principles for Determining Wages and Employment Conditions through methods appropriate to the Company's circumstances. Beyond wage increases, we will pursue comprehensive improvements in employment conditions to ensure sustainable value sharing with our employees, focusing on education, training, and other initiatives that enhance employee engagement and boost productivity.

In concrete terms, wage increases will be addressed appropriately through sincere dialogue between labor and management, considering factors such as inflation, economic conditions, and the Company's business performance.As for education and training, we promote employee growth in line with our human resources development policy, offering and providing support for learning opportunities so that each and every employee can be grown into a professional with a high level of expertise.
2. Consideration for Business Partners
We remain committed to adhering to the principles of the Partnership Development Declaration.
In the event that our listing on the Partnership Development Declaration portal website is removed, we will voluntarily retract our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.

When conducting transactions with businesses that are exempt from consumption tax, we will refer to the government's guidance on how such businesses and their partners should address the invoice system and work to establish appropriate business relationships.
We will steadily advance these initiatives while monitoring the progress of their implementation.
