Steam turbine generating equipment |
 |
The steam turbine
is a motor to convert heat energy possessed by steam into machine
rotating energy, and the generator is connected to this rotating
shaft and utilized as a captive power generating system.
|
 |
| ・ |
Many
units have been delivered to South-East Asia including
China, Taiwan, Thailand, Pakistan, the Philippines, Indonesia,
and Malaysia. |
| ・ |
Utilization
methods:
| 1) |
At a paper-making
plant or sugar-making plant where a lot of steam
is used, part of the steam is utilized for power
generation. |
| 2) |
Surplus steam of low
pressure and low temperature is recovered and utilized
for power generation. |
|
・
|
The
fuel used for boiler can be selected in various ways.
Wood waste and sawdust from lumber mills and rice hulls
from rice mills are utilized as the fuel (biomass power
generation), thus tackling environment protection (reduction
of CO2) and energy-saving contributing
to the society in various forms. |
| ・ |
Generator
capacity: 2MW to 40MW |
| ・ |
It
has such features as low noise, low vibration, and long
life of parts. |
|
Diesel power generating equipment |
 |
With the diesel engine, air absorbed
in the cylinder is compressed, made hot, and pressurized to
atomize it to which fuel is jetted to cause ignition and explosion.
This pressure depresses the piston to rotate the crankshaft
and pushes up the piston to exhaust, and the 4 strokes of suction,
compression, explosion, and exhausting are repeated and the
heat energy of the gas intermittently burnt is converted into
rotating motion by the crankshaft, and the generator is connected
to this rotating shaft via a speed reducer and utilized as a
diesel power generating system.
|

|
| ・ |
The
fuel is liquid (heavy oil, light oil, kerosene) |
| ・ |
It
features high machine efficiency, environment-friendliness
low NOx emissions and low noise level. |
| ・ |
It
is widely used at fiber, cement, sugar-making, paper/pulp
plants in South-East Asia. |
| ・ |
Generator
capacity: 2MW to 9MW |
|
Gas turbine generating equipment |
 |

|
| The gas turbine generating
equipment featuring low cost and high performance, combining
small or medium type high-performance gas turbine and
the generator housed, together with the controller, in
a compact package is best suited for private power generating
installation. Indoor and outdoor types are available and
can selectively used depending on the installation place,
and special specifications such as low-noise type are
provided for each. Such features of the gas turbine as
compactness, light weight, and strength against coldness
are best suited for the generating equipment of a mobile
power source vehicle. |
|
Gas engine generating equipment |
 |
This engine, like the diesel engine,
converts the thermal energy of the combustion gas into rotational
motion and has rotating shaft output, and the generator is connected
to this rotating shaft and used as a gas engine generating system.
|
| ・ |
The
fuel is gas (city gas, propane gas, etc.), which is a clean
fuel. |
| ・ |
Its
electrical efficiency is high, realizing high performance with
low-calorie gas. |
| ・ |
Generator
capacity: 1MW to 3MW |
