The optimum equipment of a rich variety of Toyo Denki's products will assist your production line manufacturing. Accurate ASR and high-speed compensation ACR (torque control) are realized utilizing PI amplifier, model control system theory application, and arithmetic functions by utilizing the super block functions installed in the VF64 series. Accurate control is realized by connecting our PLC and inverter with OPCN1, an open network. It also corresponds to host networks for centralized controlling of the production line data.

Conventionally all the printing cylinders were operated by one motor, but accurate synchronous control is made possible, the motor is provided for each printing cylinder to achieve high-speed printing and space-saving.

The inertia of the motor required as engine simulator was reduced to 1/10 of the conventional one through various weight reducing technologies, and a low-inertia motor whose inertia is equivalent to that of the engine was developed. Through the vector control of the inverter, torque operation accuracy was improved, and the high-speed torque control response made it possible to conduct dynamic tests of test equipment.
