ED64 ED motor

TOYO ED motor is improved 40 to 50% in loss in comparison with the conventional IM (induction motor), and the bearing life is about 2 times longer. The output of about 2 times is obtained with the same frame No. as that of the IM of our company. GD2 is reduced 30 to 70% in comparison with the IM and the speed response is improved.
TOYO ED64 intelligent inverter realizes performance equivalent to the IM by adopting efficient space vector control system. Furthermore, it is equipped with the innovative super block function, sequencer function, and trace-back function, which can be easily operated/monitored on the PC screen. With these functions, you can flexibly and quickly cope with additional conditions and users' requirements.
